Custom Brass Hinges.

This is one of the latest jobs I have been on.

Custom brass replica hinges for a steel window job, over in Ireland.
If you scroll down a little, you will see the job that they refer to.

The hinges, from a distance, looked like a standard 1260 W20
type but once removed, it is quite clear that they are not.

Slight issues with access means that a "fit it quick" solution was
required, as messing around trying to mackle something else
into position, is not the way to go.

Next week, I'll detail another hinge replica job.

If you see anything on this blog that you think would help you out or you have any questions and would like to speak to someone - please give us a call.

  1. We are looking for some very similar concealed hinges for steel windows installed in 1930 in El Paso, Texas. There are no markings on the hardware or hinges. Have any ideas on a possible manufacturer for us?

  2. Hi. We are based in the UK but we have done work for folks as far away as New Zealand. Google Cavendish Hardware UK, that will give you contact details. Thank you.
