We have been very busy for the last couple of weeks, so I am running a little
behind on keeping this up to date!
Anyway, here's one of the latest jobs.
An original Percy Lane keep, that operated with a standard
catch, similar to the old CEGO type.
The problem was that with the aid of a screwdriver, the sashes could
be parted and then lifted.
We made a new keep, with a return lip to prevent the sashes being
parted and extended the height, so a new, locking catch could be used.
Job done.
Back next time with a few more projects.
