Brass Thumbturns For Slide Stays.
What it says above, really!
These are to replace ones that have been "borrowed" over the years.

Crittall Gravity Catches For Sliding Sashes.
Yet another oddball item.
The request from the customer was "do you know what these are?".
My reply was "Yes, but they are all gone".
Fortunately, they wanted more than a handful - so we re-made them.
These date from many years ago - the last of them were in Tote Tins, with the original part numbers on - 05.00039.51 and 05.00040.51, so if you come across anything like this - you'll know where to get them from!
It's a clever idea - you lift the bottom sash and they bump into the projection - to release them, you push the little knobs to the side and then you can carry on lifting the sash.
When you pull the sash down, it pushes the triangle part back and re-sets for the next time you use it.

Hinges for Metal Window
Yet another hinge copy.
Straight off the machine, ready to assemble.
Put together and ready to go.
The original one would be around 80 to 100 years old - these should keep the window operational for some time to come.
If you are looking for Custom Made Hinges, drop me a line.

Another Winding Handle.
This is another winding handle for Hope, Arens, Newman, Leggott and possibly a few more besides.
These are the smallest ones we have made, just 63mm from the centre of the handle to the centre of the shaft.
We seem to be getting more and more demand for these now, as industrial buildings are devloped into dwellings.
Want some? Drop me a line on metalwindowparts@gmail.com

Kawneer Handle - Ligature Resistant Conversion.
Another slightly odd job, which we have now done a few times.
We were given std Kawneer Cockspur handles and asked to remove the handle part and reduce it down to what you see.
It's hard to believe but it is still possible to operate it with finger and thumb.
