Bespoke Sash Window Keeps

It's been a while since I was on here - Very busy! : )

The one in the middle is the customer's sample part and he only wanted five of them.
So, there is a similar keep, from a very old system, that I "modified".
Result!

Ligature Resistant, Restricted Access Cockspur.

A handy unit as a Restricted Access device or Ligature Resistant Cockspur.

The colour is Silver Anodised - the top image was done under flourecent lights. . . Doh!

Window Handle Conversion.

We have just made another batch of these - Archital Luxfer handle conversion, for the old Archital Luxfer Horizontal Pivot Window.
The image shows the handle used, the conversion plates and the Nylon Risers, that the handle pushed on, in order to lift the sash in it's closed position.

The image below, shows the original handle, the conversion plate and the handle and plate assembled together.

Kawneer Window Catch.

We have done these before but only in a standard form.

 These are the catches used by Kawneer on their old Alderley Vertical Sliding Sash and the only other name we know them as is Premier Catch.
This one, as you can see, has a Hex Socket fixing instead of the standard thumbturn, to give a slightly higher level of security.
